PagesCMS as CMS for this blog
After many tries in choosing a simple CMS which works for this blog, I've decided to try PagesCMS.
I searched a long time for a CMS which fits my needs. As this blog is based on Markdown files in a GitHub repository, I wanted to keep using GitHub as the ‘backend’ of my CMS. So I checked different solutions like Strapi, TinaCMS etc. Everything seemed to be an overkill for my simple use case.
After starting to search once again, I stumbled upon PagesCMS on some ‘alternative to’ website. This one really hits my needs.
You just start by linking your GitHub repo, creating a settings config file (or let it create via AI) and simply start typing in a nice web interface which perfectly fits my needs.
