How To Create A Link To A Apple Note

This post describes how to create an iCloud link to a Apple Note so that you can link from another app directly to a certain note on iOS.

The way to create a link to a Apple note drove me crazy, so I have to write it down as I forget it every time and googling it only shows you tutorials on how to link inside of notes.

  1. Long press on a note

  2. Share

  3. Select e.g. Mail

  4. Type in your mail address

  5. Share it and close the share sheet

  6. Long press on the note

  7. Click on the … in the share sheet (bottom right)

  8. Select Copy Link (bottom right)

It’s as easy as that!
