Casey Neistat´s Productivity Matrix
This video gives a nice approach for a productivity matrix everybody can agree to.
In the picture above you can see the productivity matrix defined by Casey Neistat in this video on YouTube.
On the x-axis, it goes from unproductive to productive, where on the y-axis it goes from want to do to don´t want to do.
Best case is the green quadrant, the things you want to do and are productive. Mysteriously, often you focus on the red or yellow quadrants, even though in theory you want to do the stuff from the green quadrant. For Casey aswell as for me, the part of the pie which gets done in the green quadrant is extremely small, so we have to force us each day to get stuff done in the green quadrant.
I just wanted to share the video because it resonated so well with me.
